A written walkthrough of every section in a listing's details panel, in the order they appear.
This is a written walkthrough, not an embedded video — Auxelerate doesn't have video hosting set up yet, so for now these are text-based walkthroughs covering the same ground a video would.
Opening a listing shows the sale date and case number at the top, followed by the property address and city. Below that is the hero figure — usually the judgment amount — with the property's basis shown just underneath it.
Scrolling down, you'll find the property profile section (beds, baths, living area, year built, assessed and just value), then any external links available for that listing.
Every field in the panel is pulled from official record via the same pipeline as the feed itself — nothing in the details panel is estimated or interpolated.
